Good to Know: 🏠 Sleeps 7 — 2 Queen bedrooms, 1 Full bedroom (2 full beds), plus a Queen sleeper sofa. 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, central AC. 🪜 Third-floor unit — Wide stairs with multiple landings make the climb easy, rewarding you with privacy, breezes, and great views. 🚗 Parking — 1 dedicated space included. Need a 2nd spot? We offer a free Wildwood parking pass (good for metered spots only) with a refundable $400 deposit. Other Details to Note
Guests have full access to the entire condo and private balcony. Your stay also includes one dedicated parking spot for convenient off‑street parking. Please park only in the dedicated driveway spot marked “C” on the left hand side. DO NOT PARK ON ROCKS OR BLOCK OTHER SPOTS PLEASE :) Guests may optionally add on the use of a Wildwood Parking Pass, which provides access to metered street parking anywhere in Wildwood proper. To protect the cost of this not‑easily‑replaced pass, a fully refundable $400 deposit will be required. The deposit is returned promptly once the pass is handed back at checkout. Families welcome! Groups of guests must all be 27 years or older to occupy. Government issued IDs may be checked at time of booking.
